Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the use of hilmabiocare.store and purchases made from Hilma Biocare Store. They set out the conditions under which the store operates and the obligations of both the store and its customers.
Who Can Use the Website
The website is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Customers must use it in accordance with applicable laws and review these terms, together with the information about the products they intend to purchase, before ordering.
Product Details and Stock
Descriptions and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Products are offered subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable solution or refund that item. Any replacement with a different product requires the customer’s approval.
Information published on the website is general in nature and does not replace individual medical advice. Questions concerning health or the use of a product should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Placing and Paying for an Order
Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for reviewing their chosen products and checking that their contact information is correct. The total price, including delivery charges, is shown before the order is confirmed. Price adjustments made afterwards do not change the amount agreed for an order already concluded.
The payment options available for an order are shown at checkout. At present, these include payment by card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency, although the available methods may change. We begin preparing an order once payment has been received.
Requests Before Shipment
Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Requests to cancel, amend a product selection or correct delivery information should be sent to our team as soon as possible, together with the order number. Whether an amendment can be made depends on how far preparation has progressed.
After dispatch, we cannot intercept the parcel or alter the items inside it. This practical restriction leaves statutory consumer rights unaffected, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
Shipping and Receiving Parcels
We ship across the European Union, to the United Kingdom and to destinations worldwide. Information about delivery arrangements, shipping costs and estimated transit times is available at checkout or on the website’s delivery information page.
Customers must supply a full and correct delivery address and ensure that arrangements are in place to receive the shipment. Any delivery difficulty should be reported to our team with the order number so that we can look into it.
Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Where a problem is attributable to us, such as an incorrect, missing or damaged product for which we are responsible, we will send a replacement at our expense. We also provide free reshipment when a parcel has been confirmed lost.
Problems caused by customer mistakes, including an inaccurate address or a parcel left unclaimed, are assessed individually. Before arranging another shipment, we will explain the available options and any charges involved.
When reporting a problem, customers should specify which products are affected and provide photographs of the packaging and contents where these would help establish what happened. Our reshipment procedures do not reduce any statutory guarantee or legal entitlement to a refund. Customer service can also receive other requests concerning returns or refunds.
Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
Users must not interfere with the website’s operation, circumvent security controls, upload harmful software, impersonate others or collect information unlawfully. We may take protective action where the website is used abusively or fraudulently.
Ownership of text, images, illustrations, logos and trademarks belongs to the respective rights holders. Displaying this material on the website does not grant permission to copy it or use it commercially. Any such use requires the appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Website Operation and Responsibility
We make efforts to maintain the website and address errors brought to our attention. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or similar incidents. Such interruptions do not change our responsibilities for orders already concluded.
External links may lead to websites or services that operate under their own terms. Our responsibility is governed by applicable law, and these terms do not exclude statutory guarantees or mandatory protections available to consumers.
Personal Data, Questions and Complaints
Details of how personal information is handled are provided in the Privacy Policy on this website. Enquiries about these terms, orders or complaints can be sent to [email protected].
We examine customer enquiries and complaints with the aim of reaching an appropriate resolution. Using this process does not prevent customers from pursuing legal remedies. The law and courts applicable to a matter are determined by the relevant legal rules, including mandatory consumer protections.
Revisions and Remaining Provisions
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our operations or applicable legislation. Each order remains governed by the version accepted when that order was concluded. Subsequent revisions do not retrospectively change the commitments associated with it.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective to the extent that they can operate independently.
