How It Works
It is a pegylated peptide based on an E domain associated with an IGF-1 splice variant. Pegylation is intended to prolong exposure. Laboratory studies of related MGF peptides have examined muscle progenitor cell activation and fusion, but findings conflict and do not establish a settled mechanism for the injected PEG product.
Muscle Repair and Satellite Cell Research
The research interest concerns cells involved in muscle repair after loading or injury. Some cell studies report increased activation or fusion of muscle progenitor cells, while other experiments failed to reproduce those effects. Human muscle growth or recovery benefits from PEG-MGF have not been established.

Post Cycle Therapy

Reliable human adverse effect rates and long duration safety data are unavailable. Hypersensitivity, injection reactions and risks related to peptide identity or impurities are possible. Growth signalling effects in people remain incompletely characterised, so the absence of trial reports cannot establish a benign safety profile.
